Bing Bunny is the creation of Oxford, UK based American illustrator Tim Dewan. Dewan’s beautifully illustrated children’s bedtime books are the basis for the new CBeebies show.
The first animated TV series of Bing Bunny, brought to life by Acamar Films, has 78 epsiodes each lasting seven minutes.Bing celebrates the kind of real life learning adventures that appeal most to pre-schoolers. Bing Bunny never goes far without his best pal Flop.
Strategic global firm The Licensing Company have appointed master toy licensee Fisher Price for Bing Bunny toys. Preschool specialist Fisher Price, owned by US toy giant Mattel, are releasing Bing Bunny figures, playsets, plush and wooden toys in Autumn 2015, Also planned are Bing Bunny ride-ons and interactive musical toys.Bing Bunny plush toys are an absolute must for all fans of this uber-cute Bunny. A toy Flop is also a must-have. Talking Bing Bunny and Talking Flop toys will soon follow. Bing Bunny figures and playsets will complement the range.
The Fisher Price My Friend Bing is a talking plush with a difference – it features interactive games and realistic movements! Also available in plush are Talking Plush Bing, Sula, Flop and Pando.
Hero playset is the Fisher Price Bing’s House featuring two levels and interactive ‘hot spots’. Other playsets include Bing’s Playground. Also set for release are Flop’s Car and Gilly’s Ice Cream Van. For bathtime, there are Swimming Bing and Bing Bath Squirters.
With the backing of CBeebies and publishing giant Harper Collins, it’s just a short hop to imagine a whole warren-load of Bing Bunny toys!
